Terms of Service

Welcome to Rami Labs. By accessing or using our platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Rami Labs is registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number 96410175.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Rami Labs platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations, including EU consumer protection laws and the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek). If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
2. Use of Services
Rami Labs provides access to multiple AI-powered tools through a unified token system. Your use of these tools is subject to the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not use the platform for any illegal purposes
- You must not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any aspect of the platform
- For EU users, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason (cooling-off period)
3. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including:
- The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- The Dutch Implementation Act GDPR (Uitvoeringswet AVG)
- The Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet)
For data transfers outside the EU/EEA, we implement appropriate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
4. Token System and Payments
Our platform operates on a token-based system. By subscribing to one of our plans, you receive tokens that can be used across any of our tools. Please note:
- Tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by EU consumer protection laws
- Unused tokens expire according to the terms of your subscription plan
- Token consumption rates are subject to change with prior notice
- All payments are processed securely through our payment processor in compliance with PSD2 requirements
- Subscription cancellations must be made according to our cancellation policy
- All prices shown include VAT (BTW) for EU customers where applicable
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The platform, including all software, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Rami Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our explicit permission.
6. User Content and License
Any content you provide to our platform ("User Content") may be used to train our AI models, unless otherwise specified. You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and process the information for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services:
- For violations of these Terms of Service
- For fraudulent or illegal activities
- For non-payment of fees
- At our sole discretion, with or without cause
8. Limitation of Liability and Warranty Disclaimer
Rami Labs provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, this disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under Dutch consumer law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
- Initial informal negotiation
- Mediation in the Netherlands through a certified mediator
- If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam District Court
For EU consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence.
You also have the right to submit complaints to:
- The Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM)
- The Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
- The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes through our platform or via email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
